Step 1. Request a Free Design Consultation
Since all of our products are personalized for you by one of our graphic designers, we prefer to discuss options
with you briefly over the phone. Simply tell us what you would like your postcards to look like
along with your contact information to include and we'll do the rest! We prefer you submit a consultation request online.
You'll enter basic contact information so when we call you we can focus on the design concept rather than
gathering your contact information. It also eliminates any errors from having us retype your information during the design phase.
Step 2. Review your Design
Once we receive your information, we'll send you a proof within 24 hours. Please review
it carefully and make any changes. We'll make up to 3 revisions at no cost.
Step 3. Order Confirmation & Payment
We accept checks, money orders, cash and major credit cards.
Checks and money orders must clear before we can print your order.

Our Policies
Terms: All orders must be paid in full by check, money order, cash or credit card before printing. Returned checks are subject to a $35.00 fee. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Set-Up Fee: There is a $25 setup fee per order. This fee is WAIVED for postcards for a limited time!
Shipping: $15 flat rate UPS/FedEX Ground shipping on postcard orders of up to 1,000.
Sales Tax: Pennsylvania residents add 6% sales tax.
Turnaround Time: Proofs will be emailed to you in a PDF file format within 24 business hours of receipt of your order. Once we receive final approval from you, your order will be printed and shipped to our mailhouse within 3-5 business days of proof approval. Our mailhouse will have them addressed and in the mail within 1-2 business days.
Color Fidelity: Color fidelity warranted by Red Fox Graphics is consistent with industry standards for
"pleasing color." We cannot offer a guarantee of "match-print" or "match-product" color fidelity.
We cannot prevent slight color shift throughout an order. Cobalt Postcards does not guarantee color will match as it appears on a customers monitor or hardcopy proof.
Returns: No refunds on custom products. If there is a quality defect we will replace your order at no charge.
Cancellations: Once the job has reached "In Production" status there are no cancellations/refunds.
